Often buyers in France find there is a lack of service in the buying process, Alioth Properties provide a full service with no additional costs to clients. These services include:

• Arranging transfer of utilities

• Taking meter readings

• Organising phone lines

• Arranging mandatory surveys and diagnostic reports

• Arranging independent surveys (if required)

• Home and contents insurance (if required)

• Organising French bank accounts (if required)

We also include extra protection insurance policies:

• Deeds cover for two years

• Accidental death cover from first signing to completion (age limited - details on request).

We provide as much information as we can on each property and produce a catalogue page with photos and details. On our catalogue pages we indicate the full price inclusive of all fees and our buying package.
