By using our management services our cost is usually offset by the time and costs we save our clients 

PLEASE NOTE: Christophe Gassies works exclusively with registered professionals of proven competences.  Our broker will verify the Land and ensure the quality of your building project.  We also ensure the full legal obligations (professional RC and ten-year guarantee notably…).
