Riviera Trust in Services (RTiS) is a family run company that delivers all kind of services to villas, owners, guests and tenants over Provence and French Riviera.
RTiS human size and local office are the guarantee for a high reactivity and a unique contact for each client, whatever his expectation is.
RTiS covers the whole range of services from “Home Management” to gardening and pool keeping, cleaning, washing, meet and greet, “Conciergerie”, home maintenance and works control / coordination.
“Home Management” is the most powerful service to take care of any aspect of the villa or apartment in order it is always ready and welcoming when you or your guests / tenants arrive. That service is fixed price invoiced.
Meet and greet service includes tenants arrival and departure coordination, keys delivering, villa presentation and advices, deposit management, key keeper and be your local agent. That service is fixed price, per stay invoiced. We also work with local real estate agencies to rent your villa, if necessary.
“Conciergerie” covers a very large scale of “A La Carte” services, such as shopping, cooking, table service, parties organization, car and boat renting, booking, leisure and sport organization, airport and railway station services, translation, administrative works and so on … That service is time spent invoiced + subscription.
By ourselves, we do your villa or apartment current maintenance. We also coordinate and control more important works in the villa, when you are away. We select the best companies for you, or work with the ones you choose. We coordinate works between each company. That service is time spent invoiced.
RTiS obtained an agreement from FrenchState. Our team is fully registered facing the authorities which avoid you any trouble in case of accident at the villa or on the way to.
